A trademark is a mark used to distinguish the brand or service of an operator from the goods or services of other operators. According to the Trademark Law of China, trademarks approved and registered by the Trademark Office include commodity trademarks, service trademarks, collective trademarks and certification trademarks. Trademark registrants enjoy the exclusive right to use trademarks and are protected by law. If they are well-known trademarks, they will be protected by law by the exclusive right to use trademarks in different categories.
